Windows 11 on the production floor

In summer 2026, the data-entry workstations on the Waterville TG floor had to move from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

When one of them goes down, its line can’t log its output.

The migration was one of the six assignments IT management gave me.

As a level 2 support intern, I migrated them one at a time and installed new units.

I also handled priority troubleshooting on the workstations that broke down.

Migration delivered before my internship ended on August 14, 2026, with no production entries lost.
