Three assignments from my internship at Waterville TG
From May 25 to August 14, 2026, I was a level 2 support intern at Waterville TG, a maker of sealing systems for vehicles. IT management gave me six assignments, all delivered or handed over before the internship ended.
I worked 53 days there, about 400 hours. It was my second internship with them, after the one in summer 2025 in level 1 support and setting up workstations.

Two weeks on the service desk
While the service desk person was on vacation, I ran the ticket queue for all four sites on my own.
No break in service during those two weeks.

Windows 11 on the production floor
I moved the floor’s data-entry workstations from Windows 10 to Windows 11, one at a time, without losing any production entries.
Migration delivered before my internship ended on August 14, 2026.

30 switches obtained under warranty
I checked the manufacturer’s lifetime warranty, model by model, then prepared the claims, which were accepted.
